Weather has no calendar.

One thing any true nature lover must do is accept whatever comes. A good reminder of this, on the first full day of spring, came as a blast of snow that moved up the eastern coast. At last measure, nine inches were laying outside my window. No daffodils. No crocuses. Just a deep pile a of colorless winter.

Yet, it is still beautiful. And just because WE say it’s spring, just because the sun has moved into its spring formation, doesn’t mean earth’s weather has to act any different than it’s acting right now. One of the only things that’s certain in nature is that there will always be uncertainty.
