The soil under my feet was still moist from the spring thaw. But, against a backdrop of new growth, leftovers from last year will be forever dry. Dried out brush (twigs, leaves, downed trees, plant stalks) scattered everywhere reminds me of the importance of water.
So my resource for today is a piece of advice: start your day with water. Every morning, before you do anything else, drink a glass of water. Not coffee. Not soda. Not juice, Not beer. Water.
The twigs on the ground will never come alive again. After hours of unconscious sleeping, your body will. To do that, your brain, organs, and systems all need the lubrication that only water can supply.
Good morning everyone. Bottoms up.
Not beer?!?!? 🙂
Not even beer, Paula. 🙂
